Plaid

The Project: When I joined Plaid, our display ad production was a manual, one-at-a-time process that capped our output at about 10 ads a day. I led the shift to a template-based system with defined rules for typography and color to ensure consistency and speed. By building custom tools within Bannerflow and creating a dedicated bridge to convert Jitter animations into HTML5, we turned an eight-hour task into a five-minute one—allowing us to scale our creative without losing quality.
